Geraldo Boldewijn is like a circus performer. It’s like he’s out on the high wire and somebody is tossing flaming swords his way. Just when you think one is going to whiz by him he snatches it out of the air.
He catches balls you think are going to hit the turf. He catches balls that look as though they are going to sail out of bounds. He catches balls that the defender has a better chance of catching.
After the catch he squirms and slithers to get the extra yardage. He seems as though he is always in control. There is nothing erratic about him.
Boldewijn has all the tools to have a great year. The real question will be how often will he be the primary receiver. If not the primary receiver how long will Southwick be protected to look for secondary receivers.
Actually I see three receivers (Miller, Moore, and Boldewijn) to be clustered around 60 catches each this year. If that is the case, look for opponents to be sending mail to Miller, Moore, and Boldewijn with a strange powder in the envelopes.
